Vault Records Stewardship
A six-module path for people who run or support a Cold Storage Records Center — filmed on the floor, graded on writing you can hand a colleague tomorrow.
Learning outcomes
- Set and explain RH/temperature bands appropriate to your media mix.
- Produce an intake checklist that catches condensation and incomplete manifests.
- Rewrite aisle labels so temporary staff decode location without radio help.
- Draft a retrieval script and an evidence pack outline for inspectors.
Informational fee reference: Records Stewardship seat at $1,150 — see Pricing. No checkout on this page.

FAQ
Do I need an existing cold room to join?
Helpful, but not required. Learners without a vault complete assignments on a simulated aisle map we provide. You will still need access to a printer for the label exercise.
Is this a government certification?
No. It is an educational program from Devgrid Center. Some employers treat the certificate as internal evidence of training; it is not a statutory license.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach proprietary warehouse management software configuration. If your WMS needs API mapping or vendor scripting, that remains with your IT partner — we only cover the human procedures and documentation that sit beside the system.
How do refunds work?
See our Refund Policy. This site does not charge cards directly.
Reviews tied to this course
“Module 4’s barcode grammar finally gave our temps a decoding sheet. I still want a deeper film-canister segment — paper and tape dominate the examples.”
★★★★★ · “Sora’s feedback on our manifest cut three unused columns we had been printing for years.”
