Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid Devgrid Center educational enrollments arranged through our office. The website itself does not process checkout; fees referenced on Pricing are informational.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable course packs. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Cancellations inside 5 days, or after materials are unlocked, are generally not refundable except as required by mandatory law in Korea.

Conditions for full or partial refund

• Request must include learner name, program name, and payment reference.
• Seats purchased with a team discount may be transferable to another employee instead of refunded, subject to approval.
• If Devgrid Center cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom on-site facilitation travel already incurred with your written approval, and completed one-to-one template reviews are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@devgrid-center.digital with subject line “Refund request” or call +82-7-815-7446. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and state whether the request meets this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add delay beyond our control.

Cancellation by learner mid-program

If you stop attending after the program begins, tuition for remaining modules is not prorated unless a documented medical or similarly serious exception is granted at our discretion.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under Korean law. If a statutory right conflicts with a clause here, the statutory right prevails.
