1. Acceptance

By accessing https://devgrid-center.digital or participating in Devgrid Center educational offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and related materials.

2. Educational purpose

Materials describe Cold Storage Records Center practices for learning. They are not operational certifications issued by a government authority unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. See also Not Financial Advice.

3. Accounts and communications

When you contact us or join a cohort, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to keep credentials, if any are later issued, confidential.

4. Intellectual property

Course videos, worksheets, templates, branding, and site copy are owned by Devgrid Center or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal training during an active enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or scrape content for competing products without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe non-public systems, upload malware, harvest personal data from other learners, or misrepresent affiliation with Devgrid Center.

6. Third-party links

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and educational materials are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular facility’s regulatory obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devgrid Center and its instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or reliance on educational content. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Devgrid Center against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Korea shall have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
