2. Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data you submit via forms (name, email, optional topic, message).
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted.
  • Enrollment details if you join a cohort (billing contacts may be collected offline).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver educational programs, improve site performance, and meet legal obligations. Bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating an education desk, consent for non-essential cookies, and legal compliance under applicable Korean privacy law.

4. Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an ongoing enrollment or dispute. Analytics events are retained in aggregate form for up to 14 months. Enrollment records are kept for the duration of the program plus seven years for accounting where required.

5. Sharing

We use processors for hosting, email delivery, and (if accepted) analytics. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. International transfers

Although our office is in Korea, some processors may store data in other countries. Where transfers occur, we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor assessments consistent with applicable requirements.

7. Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner controls described in our Cookie Policy. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority in Korea.

8. Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use unique passwords if accounts are later issued.

9. Children

Programs are aimed at adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes

We will post updates to this Privacy Policy with a revised date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or communicated by email when appropriate.
